Image result for yoga for veterans

Join local yoga teacher, Catelyn Troxell (RYT200 & Warriors at Ease L1) for a FREE yoga class on June 29th at 1pm. Discover for yourself the physical and mental benefits that result from a Yoga and Meditation practice.
Never practiced Yoga before? That’s okay! You can participate as much or as little as you would like!

“My heart in this is to serve our Military community by offering education and experience of the therapeutic benefits of Yoga and Meditation. Evidence shows that a regular Yoga and Meditation practice decreases stress, reduces symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, pain, and insomnia, enhances one’s ability to pay attention, think clearly and increases overall quality of life. These are just a few benefits, and the list goes on... I want you to experience them for yourself!”

Class will be held on the lawn in front of Bucknell's Alumni House (on University Ave, just after the railroad tracks and just before the President's Grove).

Bring a yoga mat or large towel to practice on.

Class is free to all military members, veterans, & their families. Donations are requested of anyone else who would like to participate!
